1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using loveokclick.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@loveokclick.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. The Free Game

Core gameplay — building a squad, making transfers, and appearing on the main leaderboard — is free and will remain free. No entry fee is required and no cash prize is offered for any leaderboard position.

5. Optional Paid Features

Optional features such as the Plus subscription, the Season Pass, or cosmetic items, as described on our How It Works page, may be purchased separately. These purchases affect convenience or appearance only and never affect scoring, budget rules, or leaderboard eligibility. Prices are shown in euros and may be updated between seasons.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.
• Do not use offensive, misleading, or infringing manager names.
• Do not attempt to access another manager's account without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, branding, and site design remain the property of LoveOkClick Digital Entertainment, S.L. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates Section 6 of these Terms, or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to the platform, after making reasonable efforts to notify you where practical.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." Please also review our full Disclaimer page, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from these Terms or your use of the site is limited to direct damages, and excludes indirect or consequential loss, except where such exclusion is not permitted under Spanish or EU consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, which will always show a current "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence as an EU consumer.
