This policy covers data collected through loveokclick.com, including account creation, squad-building, the points calculator, contact forms, and related communications. It does not cover third-party websites, since LoveOkClick does not link out to external sites from within the game or its pages.

• Account data: manager display name, email address, and a hashed password, if you choose to create an account.
• Gameplay data: your selected formation, squad composition, transfers, and leaderboard history, stored to run the game.
• Contact data: your name and email address if you write to us through the Contact page.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location (city/region level) derived from your IP address.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session duration, collected through cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Collect Your Data

We collect data directly from you when you register, build a squad, use the calculator, or contact us. We also collect data automatically through cookies and similar technologies as you browse the site, as described in our Cookie Policy.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract: processing needed to create your account and run the game you have signed up to play.
• Consent: processing for non-essential cookies, analytics, and optional marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legitimate interest: processing needed to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage patterns.
• Legal obligation: processing needed to comply with applicable Spanish and EU law, including tax and accounting requirements.

• To create and maintain your manager account and saved squads.
• To calculate fantasy points and maintain the leaderboard.

8. Sharing Data With Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with the following categories of service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

• Cloud hosting and database providers that store site and gameplay data.

• Advertising partners, only for managers on the Free tier, and only using cookie categories you have consented to.

• Account and gameplay data: retained for as long as your account remains active, plus 24 months after your last login, to allow reactivation.
• Contact form messages: retained for 24 months to allow follow-up on support history.
• Technical and security logs: retained for up to 12 months.
• Data required for tax or accounting purposes: retained for the period required by Spanish law, typically up to six years.

11. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting who inside our team can view personal data, and regular review of our storage providers' security practices. No system is completely immune to risk, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

12. Automated Decisions and Profiling

Fantasy points and leaderboard rankings are calculated automatically using the published formula on our Scoring Rules page, based on the fictional stat lines built into the game — this is a gameplay mechanic, not a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you as an individual, and it is not used to assess your creditworthiness, employment eligibility, or similar matters.

13. Your Rights Under GDPR

Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing.
• Request a portable copy of data you provided to us.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

14. Children's Privacy

LoveOkClick is intended for users aged 16 and over, in line with the age of digital consent applicable in Spain. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has created an account without appropriate consent, we will delete the associated data.

15. Marketing Communications

We only send marketing emails, such as season announcements or feature updates, to managers who have actively opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision, and material changes will be announced on the site.
